This will NEVER happen, Jennifer is a WAY better actress then EVA....Looks like SOMEONE is being very cocky!!! I wouldn't say she's cocky, she's ambitious for sure, and there's nothing really offensive about her comment. I wouldn't count Eva out, she's a good actress, though I think Jen is a better actress, I'm becoming more and more impressed with Eva's choice in her movies, Hitch, The Women (with Jada Pinkett!), Queen of the South, The Spirit (!!!), and We Own The Night.

Introduction to Jen-ology Posts: 191 10/09/08 1:59 PM	Eva Mendes obviously doesn't really know Jennifer and doesn't know what she is truly, truly capable of accomplishing. Eva Mendes, like Jennifer, is a true Latin beauty, but I wouldn't consider her acting or her acting choices breakthrough. When comparing Jennifer's performances with Eva's it's apparent Jennifer is a more relevant actress. The simple truth is Jennifer Lopez is an amazing actress, who only uses her ability when she wants. Eva on the other hand has hand oppurtunities to shine and yet she hasn't. I wouldn't consider myself a hater of Eva Mendes, but I don't think I would ever, and I mean ever see a film of her solely for her, because she doesn't captivate anyone. I'd love for Eva to prove me wrong, but I highly, highly doubt it.

"2 Fast 2 Furious" was really Oscar worthy material. i hate her she is very stupid jennifer is a good actress

LOS ANGELES, CA (October 10, 2008) -- Sexy Cuban-American actress Eva Mendes, star of the classic catfight remake "The Women," has told friends that she has reached a deal with famed British artist Marc Quinn to create a portrait of fellow artist and friend Jennifer Lopez. It would be the first head he has done outside of his own. At $700,000 a pop, Quinn's portraits are admittedly a bit pricy. "But I think it will be a good investment," says Mendes. "And it will be particularly nice to have around in the summertime." As noted above, to date, Quinn has created only four portraits -- all of himself. "So the portrait of Jennifer will be his first third-party portrait," said Mendes. "Which I find to be very exciting." The first Quinn portrait, Self I, a frozen sculpture of the artist's head made out of his own blood, was acquired by collector Charles Saatchi and extensively exhibited. Saatchi sold it in 2006 to Steve Cohen, the Connecticut-based hedge fund billionaire and major collector. Of the other Quinn portraits, one is in the hands of Texan collectors Cindy and Howard Rachofsky and is partly owned with the Dallas Museum of Art (where it is currently in storage), and a third belongs to Korean collector Kim Chang-il ("C.I. Kim"), who has a private museum in a shopping complex he owns in Cheonan, outside Seoul. Quinn uses ten pints of his own blood for each self-portrait head. He told us that he needs over a year to produce sufficient blood.
