He overstepped his bounds, though, because remember, he accepted movie roles on her behalf. Haven't people said she always forgives everyone?

I couldnt be happier, always wanted him to comeback. I think he and Jen did magic together and he really knows how to get to best outta her (performances, music videos etc) and how to get her back to the top of the charts. I have faith in him, and apparently so does Jen. sure it wont be like in her J.Lo days, Jen is a different person now and has other priorities, is more mature and has a family now. I'm sure they discussed everything very well. I don't expect the tabloidcover crazyness back or the diva shit. but I do expect success again: top 10 singles, smokin hot n fresh music videos, high album sales, blockbuster movies. and I'm sure Jen will still do her passion projects too like independant movies, Spanish music. and besides that seems like Benny is supporting the charity/triathlon thing cus it looks like he is even working out with him. to me this shows off he respects her choices and is there to support her. cuz I couldnt picture something like this back in the J.Lo days. sure Jen, literally, worked her butt of her career and she did most of the work. but I think Benny played his part in it too, he introduced her to directors, producers and stuff and made her the huge superstar she is, and I think he deserves credit for it. cant wait what the future holds for Jen's career now with Benny back on track.

Intermediate Jen-ology Posts: 711 08/18/08 5:13 PM	I can't believe they are back together after everything he said about her. Wow. Anyway, I don't know what to think about Benny. I mean, he comes across as a total jerk and creep but that's not really important. He definitely knows how to build a star, and this was positive and negative for Jen. I believe he went a long way towards making her an A-list star, but I also think he was behind a lot of the 'diva' stuff which ended up hurting her image in the long run. All in all though, her career really went downhill after she split with Benny. The public interest isn't there anymore. Nobody cares about Jennifer Lopez. At least people used to write about her, even if it was negative. So for that reason, I am glad Benny is back on the scene. I want to see more of her!

I understand that he was a huge part of her career and guided her and helped make her what she is, but even he said it- It's a different era. Things are SO different now. I think that the split with Benny sort of coincided with the change in the music industry. Benny is so right about the Usher thing, he had a #1 single and album, that aint bad it all. Benny gained him much promo appereances and I guess this was all that was in for the album. maybe another 2nd single choice wouldve been a smart move, cuz Moving Mountains aint one of the best tracks of the album imo and its not catchy at all. but I dont think Benny controls these kinda things. and I would love if Benny and Mariah would split up hehehe. want his focus to be on Jen all the way and make her his biggest star he's managing
