I'm glad too.. (that one's as it should be). I don't mind certain Pop culture nods: this case, e.g, reflects youth's current tastes. Maybe it also suggests these younger voters are less prejudiced toward aging artists. But 1st things 1st: she's talented + took chances - Jen deserved artistic recognition, + so did Marc: w/ his voice + producing CAUM etc - but all he rec'd this year from Premios Juventud was that P'razzi recog. nonsense! Bachelor of Jen-ology Posts: 1534 07/18/08 6:59 PM I know what I'm talking about	Nobody yearns 4 recognition as favorite victim target of Paparazzi, + a trophy is just rubbing it in. A couple yrs ago, a vid. clip showed a v.aggressive photog. who shoved Marc + practically pounced on Jenn, solo on the red carpet. It got very tense for a moment. Marc looked ready to take him apart if the photog. didn't back off from crowding her. Jenn's other 2 wins are well-deserved imo ("Dreamgirl" + Style). ( can't remem. if Dayanara got a nom. 4 "Girl of my dreams" too?). - But First of All, it should have been a Music or Film win 4 Jenn.. (Was she nominated for More than 5 awards?). Related: One thing that's puzzled me a bit : isn't "Premios Juventud" for the Youth who are fans? Yet they allow the fans of any age to participate and vote.
