^ Im talking about a WORLD TOUR it make complete sense commerically.
If your not doing well in one territory move your focus elsewhere. Madonna has adopted this approach for years apart from "4 minutes" she hasnt/hadn't had a US hit single in years. She tours everywhere Europe/Asia /S.America and still has big selling albums because she focuses where there is demand. Jen could have made 'Brave' the album a hit in Europe if she persisted with it & toured. Territories like Russia/Asia/S.America/S.Africa will buy your music if you turn up (as people don't regularly go there). CAUM/Brave was a great opportunity for Jen to go to S.America and start developing a really strong presence there that would have supported her. DIW was No1 in Japan so if she had run with that and promoted in Asia she could have made Brave a success there as well. We dont have updated figures but I wonder if the success in Russia has tipped Jen over the 1 million mark for 'Brave'. I think its safe to say CAUM has gone over 1 million. Other Examples are where she performed in Portugal for the 7Wonders. QH and CAUM shot up the charts. QH was a big hit as a result and CAUM had decent sales. When she went to Greece last summer her album re-entered. If she put on one show in various countries the effect would happen everywhere.

True, but the money will always be in the US.lol what do you mean if she sell millions of album in europe she'll make millions of dollars what's the difference ? And Jen has always been a bigger seller outside the US than in the states like Madonna and it's the opposite for someone like Maraih Carey. |

Have you noticed why HYD failed in the US but experienced major success in other parts of the world, and yet, they didn't go on with the album? Rebirth sold a lot more outside of the US, and yet, it's promtion was halted everywhere.

^ HYD was only released in the UK if i remember, at least in France we only got Get right the promo sopped there in most contries so i don't think ythe
Rebirth promo stopped because it was doing well it was probably for other reasons.

I think Brave was an excellent album.!!!!!!Many greek people were really happy for coming...and look what she did...she came to her shop,after concert
party,Photoshoot at the parthenon,Concert everyone was satisfied...except of the 40 minutes concert..
 (u know i'm from greece and we don't have many
artists coming and our singers sings to concerts from 21:00-24:00 so it makes a big difference)...anyways i'm really happy that she came...coz in greek
charts brave was number 2....and we deserved it after she canceled two concerts!!!!!!!!...she must do a world tour....for sure...and America it's sure the
strongest economical resource but she must win all the countries she can and we know it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!....Never gonna give up Jenny!!!!

I agree with the comments if jennifer aint gonna blow up the charts in The US she should focus else were Kylie Does it and she is Like a Ledgend she is easy as
Big as Madonna and Jlo in the UK and Europe
Brave sold 33,000 copies in The Uk and how Many In the US? her record company shouldnt Pull the Plug if a single Stalls of the Album stalls They should Do what beyonce Does and Put as Much music out there as Possible well all know that if jennifer put out cherry Pie or step into my world (or both) Rebirth could of easy passed the 3-4 Million mark I never Guessed why they did that still Rebirth was seen as A flop and mariah fans Gloated but it outsold E=mc2 Id never say rebirth was a Flop it still sold 2.5 million copies with 2 singles |
