British paper the SUN reported this morning that singer Britney Spears has been asked to shoot a video for Madonna's Sticky & Sweet Tour.

MadonnaTribe News can now confirm this and exclusively give you more info on the subject, for the very first time online.

EXCLUSIVE

Singer Britney Spears has indeed been asked to shoot a video for Madonna's new tour and it's not going to be a video interlude, but a video used while Madonna is singing on stage.

The video is for the exciting new live version of Human Nature, that as previously revealed by MadonnaTribe it's the third song on the Sticky & Sweet tour setlist.

The video will be directed by the one and only Steven Klein, that as previously reported here, will take care of two brand videos for the show, one for an oldie (this one) and one for a new track off Hard Candy.

The original idea behind Human Nature 2008 was to give out an updated version of the song by showing the artists, mainly troubled young hollywood stars, that are being treated as "b***hes" by the world press and media, in a similar way they did with Madonna back in 1992 when she the main target of such media attentions.

But Britney is now the main star of the screen video, and while musically Human Nature 2008 originally contained spoken samples of Gimme More, now the concept has been expanded even more with samples of the track, making it longer and cooler and it can easily be described as a sort Human Nature/Gimme More mash up!

The lyrics for Human Nature is perfect for what Britney went through for the past couple of years ago, and something Madonna experienced years ago when Britney was a little girl singing for Disney. I can't wait to see this!

Oh and Hard Candy has already sold over 2 million worldwide and the 2nd single from the album hasn't even been officially released yet.

Britney has denied that she will open up or tour with Madonna. But I'll bet money that Britney will probably appear at least once on the concert, more than likely in NYC Madison Square Garden, maybe London, we'll see.

Britney Spears will team up with Madonna - virtually - during the singer's upcoming Sticky & Sweet tour.

"Britney is going to film something for Madonna's show in the next week or so," Madonna's rep, Liz Rosenberg, tells PEOPLE.

As for details about what they will be doing - and where it will be filmed - Rosenberg says, "I don't know. It's a secret."

Contrary to published reports, Spears is not in New York to film the video segments, nor has she already shot anything.

This isn't the first collaboration for the pop stars. The two famously teamed up during the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards, sharing the stage - and one memorable kiss - during the broadcast.

Spears is not expected to perform with Madonna, whose tour kicks off in Wales next month. The U.S. leg of her tour starts Oct. 4 in East Rutherford, N.J.

And remember she sold over 2 million with only one live flop performance, no promo, no interviews and had a huge meltdown in front of everyone's eyes and televisions world wide. Despite what her haters say about her, she still delivered an incredible solid album that was praised by the likes of Madonna, Rihanna, and many other artists. She didn't even try to sell her album. Imagine now that she's sane again and getting back to her grind. I can't think of any other artist that can meltdown like that and still have a record deal lol. Add on top of that she's sold over 100 million albums in under 10 years!

Well I dont think Britney is untalented, on the contrary she is one of the most talented out there. Sure she had the whole meltdown, but whatever she is trying to get better and people need to move on too. I think its great Madonna and Britney are working together again. Great move. I only hope Britney will appear at Madonnas Miami concert. Cuz thats the one I am goin to!!!!

OMG more rumors and I love it! There's the rumor of Madonna mashing up Britney's Gimme More with Madonna's Human Nature, and now Eonline is saying its Britney's Piece of Me with Madonna's Beat Goes On!! If you've heard Madonna's concerts and her remixes she blends and mashes up songs perfectly, look what Madonna did with Future Lovers and Donna Summers' "I Feel Love" it was incredible!

MADONNA TOUR VIDEO UPDATE:

Britney is on the set right now, according to X17, and she's currently filming her piece, which they described as a "skit" of sorts. Apparently she's wearing all black, including a black hoodie and black Nikes. They said she's in a great mood, and even went out beforehand to say hello to the crew. Her hair and make-up was professionally done.

More details have surfaced about what exactly Britney is doing with Madonna for her "Sweet & Sticky" cameo(s). Eonline.com describes one of the two scenes saying: "Britney, partially disguised by a gray hoodie, walks into the elevator. As she starts traveling upward, she seems particularly nervous and anxious. The popster starts pacing back and forth. Then she progresses to kicking and smacking the walls, all frantic-like. She screams into one of the cameras. Then she starts climbing the wall, pulls down her hood and, into another camera, says: "It's Britney, b***h." But according to other reports, this may just be the tip of the iceberg.

The Sun, the site that broke the Britney-Madonna cameo news first, claims this isn't the only scene Britney will be featured in. The next scene will have your draw drop to the floor, making their 2003 vma kiss look "tame."

Britney & Madonna "will perform a mash-up of Madonna's track 'Beat Goes On' and Britneys 'Piece Of Me,' while the two are unwrapped from costumes that can only be described as bondage mummy. The pop duo will be wrapped in bandages which will then be unraveled by leather thong-clad male dancers."

An on-set source revealed: "It's absolutely classic Madonna. Probably the raunchiest stuff she has ever done. It leaves nothing to the imagination and will be very controversial. Britney and Madonna are unwrapped like mummies, to appear together almost naked apart from tiny leather bondage pants and knee-high boots. They then dance closely together, pressing their hands and bodies together. There will be big rows over whether it is sexy, shocking or both."

Interesting concept. Controversial is Britney's middle name. Well, Jean is, but you get the picture. Can't wait to see!

Oh yea one more rumor, Madonna is supposedly going to mash up "She's Not Me" with one of Whitney's classics, now before everyone starts bashing Madonna and her vocals, remember everyone doubted that Madonna could do a decent cover of Donna Summers' "I Feel Love" but Madonna killed it!
