It is really scary..You guys are brave something similar happens to me when I have fiver evey time, when I have high temperature I sweat a lot and then I see people passing me by the bed like gousts but real people and then like I get up but I can see myself lying and then I start to talk what is in the room, like 2 TVs, one bed, 4 chairs..... I scared my boyfriend like that

Something like that happened to me when i was a lil girl... My mom woke me up to change the bed i got up then when i look at the bed i saw my self still sleeping... Another thing was once i saw my dad sitting on the bed counting money...(but he wasnt home), i told my mom,"when did dad get home she said,what are u talking about his still working when i went back to the room he wasnt on the bed...I was like WTF Lol Come to think of it,some weird things happen to me LOL

It might be some kind of sleep disorder. I'm sure there are anxiety or panic disorder tips you can learn to help you deal when you wake up in a false paralysis. The panic makes it seem way worse than it is...Google it I go on frequent shopping binges when I'm bored and regret it later, such as today. UGH.

Master of Jen-ology Posts: 3333 06/30/08 7:23 PM Jen's Favorite Coffee Assistant.	I have a problem with being in a really tight space with a large amount of people while I'm working. I like to work in an open flowing space where it's not too much chaos. The first Starbucks store where I used to work, the area was REALLY REALLY tight. We would have like six to seven people working on the floor and it was CHAOS. I would kind of freak out and (if the job wasn't already crazy enough) sometimes I would start to hyperventilate. I have this scary problem where if i am too sleep deprived, i wake up completely paralyzed. I can hear and see, but i can't move or talk for about 15/20 minutes or so. I've definitely have had this to happen to me several times. My mom and aunts used to say that the ole' folks would call it "the devil riding your back". Sometimes, I just have to laugh at these "myths and ole wives tales". I hate having to experience that with a passion.

People dont uderstand me, couse I can touch iguanas or even held snake ones in my hands (believe me I realy got scared), but to touch FROGS that is big deal for me. On Biology class in my elementary school when my teacher opened frog on the table I couldnt breath. And last year when we were on caping trip, I had to pee and my boyfriend took a frog and trough it at me, I couldnt pee for 2 days couse I got so scared
