Dont think that Jen would be called in. They dismissed her from the case when it happened back in 99/2000. There woould be no need for her there. It would just
waste hers and the courts time. Cause she has notihng to do with the shooting, cause if she was a witness or something, they would have not have released her
when she got arrested and had the charges droped.

^ Yeah, I think they would have still released her. Witnesses don't get held, suspects do, lol. Once the charges were dropped she couldn't be held
anymore.
If she wound up testifying I bet she'd do it just in front of a judge or something. |

Jennifer won't testify against Sean Combs
Jennifer will not be forced to testify in a lawsuit against ex boyfriend Sean Combs over his involvement in a 1999 club shooting in New York City. Jennifer was dating Sean Combs at the time of the incident, and was present when the club shooting took place. Sean Combs is currently fighting a $130 million civil suit filed by victim Natania Reuben, who was shot in the face during the incident. Jennifer, who didn't testify agains Sean in the 2001 criminal trial, was subpoenaed by Reuben's attorneys in June, and was due to give her deposition on Tuesday (August 5th). But according to website TMZ.com, Jennifer had "nothing to contribute" to the case, and her deposition was cancelled
indefinitely - news which has been confirmed by Reuben's lawyer.
