 Damn it, one of most interesting project she has in
a while, and this happen !! i still hope that they will be able to film it, but if they're shuting down all their other movies, wihy would it be different
for L&OIP, unless they're already paid for everything. 
The best thing is Jen & Don Roos to find new financiers do it through Nuyorican and sell it to a distributor like Picture House.
know I just can't see how they are gonna get past this, even if they get the movie filmed there will be no money for promo or just shoved out.Capitol will not promot the movie anyway they aren't the distributors, they are financing the filming but not the promo, L&OIP will have to find a USA and oversea distributor like EC.

i've checked online and the difference with the movies Shut down ('Nailed' , 'An Invisible Sign Of My
Own') and L&OIP is that for the other movies 'Capitol' is their Prodiction Company but for "L&OIP"
Capitol is 'only' the company who will sell the movie oversea that could be why they will be able to film it.
For L&OIP those are the 2 company financing the movie: Production Companies: Marc Platt Productions Nuyorican Productions Other compagnies: Capitol Films international sales
So i think there is no problem with L&OIP because Marc Platt and Nyorican are the ones financing the movie. Edit : damn it seem like they're also cofinancing the movie:: Capitol Films has boarded the film as a co-financierstill

damn,this could be the best movie for Jen. It always happens,when i really want something to happen,it never happens (canceling concerts,movies aren't
released,films getting cancelled...)

^ yes i did and i loved, and yeah i've read the first pages of script and he present the character the same way for L&OIP, i loved that in Happy
endings.
And if you haven't seen it yet you should see his other movie 'The opposit of sex' with Lisa Kudrow again and Christina Ricci i haven't seen it in a long time but i remember that it was great. |
