Well see I can totally see where Leah's coming from about wanting to not have your child be deprived of
what they really want, which in Sophia's case is the bottles, HOWEVER...this is not like they wanted chicken nuggets for dinner and got spaghetti instead,
this is a THREE year old who is still wetting the bed. When they told her that she couldn't have the bottles, she knew that. She even told Leah that
bottles aren't good for you and then wanted to stop talking about it when she knew that it was going to be a chance that she wasn't going to be able to
have that bottle. She did that with the viewer as well. Sophia's a VERY bright child for 3 years old, and therefore she knows what she has to do to get
what she wants. She's spoiled. She's just like any other three year old who is in her position with parents who'll cave in just to stop the
screaming and the tantrums.
I think that Leah's a good mom, she just needs to stop caving into Sophia's fits because she sees that and knows just what to do in order to get what she wants out of them. I think that I could have 5 days with her and stop it. I've done it with other kids on numerous occasions and it's worked. It's simple things too...you just have to be persistent...that's all Sophia needs.
